Why Attorniq
After roughly twenty years practicing business law, Keenan Holmes watched generative AI change the economics of legal work. A draft that once took days could be produced in minutes.
What didn't change was the cost of being wrong. The owners using these tools still had to know what a document needed to do, what facts mattered, what was missing, which risks were acceptable, what to negotiate, and when a matter had outgrown a do-it-yourself approach.
Attorniq encodes that judgment into systems entrepreneurs can use with AI: workflows, documents, issue-spotting frameworks, and negotiation methods, along with a clear sense of when to call a lawyer.
It starts with education. It is being built to become a platform.
The founder
Keenan D. Holmes, Esq. is an attorney and mediator whose practice has spanned business law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, negotiation, employment matters, dispute strategy, corporate governance, and outside general counsel work for entrepreneurs and companies.
